We will explain the concept of caliphate, and the philosophy of governance in the state of the caliphate. In the end, we try to find an answer to an important question: with whom Islam will stands with, is it with the dictatorship that is cloaked in the cloak of religion, or with man as a successor to God, and with the nation which is the source of all legislation?.
