The following questions have often been asked in the West - especially in Europe: Does Islam prohibit Muslims from integrating into a non-Muslim society? Do Muslims with their political and cultural values and religious convictions want to integrate into Western society? Can they identify with the Western values such as tolerance, freedom, democracy and secularism, when these might conflict with Islamic values? What is hindering the Muslim minorities from getting integrated?
The Islam and Human Rights Research Center is committed to play the role as mediator between Muslim minorities and the Western societies, to help both sides to achieve a full and positive integration. The Center  with its distinguished scholars with in-depth-knowledge of both sides’ cultures, languages, and political, legal and religious systems is committed to provide answers for the above questions and to help both sides to gain a better understanding of each other.
